Terms of sale

Spletna Galerija is an agent. The artist sells you the work; we handle presentation, payment and support. That means the seller is the artist, not the gallery.

Who is selling

On every purchase the seller is the artist. Spletna Galerija acts as an agent and charges a commission for that service. The artist invoices you for the work; we invoice the artist for our commission. Most artists are not VAT-registered, so their invoice carries no VAT and says so.

Withdrawing from a purchase

As a consumer you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. Write to hello@spletna-galerija.si, return the work undamaged and in its original packaging. You pay the return shipping unless the work arrived damaged or did not match its description.

What "unique" means here

Every work is a physical object existing in a single copy, unless explicitly marked as an edition. Colours on screen can differ from colours in a room. The dimensions we publish are the dimensions of the work itself; where a work is framed we publish the framed size as well.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include any VAT. You can pay by card, bank transfer, instalments, or cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is not available above €500, because couriers cap that amount and the artist carries the risk of a refused delivery.

Complaints and disputes

If a work arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and attach photographs of the packaging and the work. Disputes fall to the courts of Ljubljana. As a consumer you may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
