Shipping and returns

A work of art is not an ordinary parcel. Each one is packed according to what it is — a canvas differently from a ceramic, a print differently from a bronze.

How we pack

Every work carries a packing profile derived from its medium. Prints and photographs travel flat between boards, canvases in a box with fixed corners, ceramics and sculpture in a foam-lined crate. Large or heavy works go by freight, insured.

Timing

The artist prepares the work within three working days of payment. Delivery within Slovenia usually takes two working days, Croatia three to five, elsewhere in the EU five to ten. Crated and freight shipments are arranged with you by phone.

Cost

Shipping is calculated from the packing profile, dimensions, weight and destination zone. We show it before you place the order — never after.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery. Return the work in its original packaging; if you have thrown it away, write to us and we will advise on packing it safely. You pay the return shipping unless the work was damaged or wrongly described. We refund within 14 days of receiving the work back.

If a work arrives damaged

Photograph the packaging before removing it and write to us within 48 hours. Transit damage is covered by the shipment insurance — not by you and not by the artist.
